Mid Century domed emerald green pear shaped and round rhinestone brooch.
Gold tone metal setting overall with silver tone hearts.
I am not sure if the piece was originally entirely gold tone finish, now the hearts are silver color, the rest is gold tone. 
Nice statement dimensional piece with large green stones.
Unsigned, costume jewelry.
