This is a lovely white cotton Mexican wedding festival skirt.
Pin tucked cotton details, inset lace between layers.
Very full – full swing skirt.
The waist does not have snaps or zipper it has an open slit at the side about 5 . 

**This skirt can be altered to make the waist larger if you want to replace the waistband. There is gathered fabric below the waistband which would allow for a larger waist. A zipper can also be added if you like. A tailor or handy seamstress can complete this easily.
